Vacanza365 began the way all great ideas do — from personal experience. Our founders, a family of avid travelers, owned vacation properties across Florida’s Emerald Coast and the forested hills of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. They loved sharing their homes with guests, but quickly discovered that the big platforms treated every property like a number in a spreadsheet. Check-ins felt impersonal. Communication was robotic. And property owners were left in the dark about what was actually happening with their investments. There had to be a better way.
